  • What are the goods and services offered by NYSSCPA?
    NYSSCPA Member Insurance Program offers insurance products through various carriers for NYSSCPA members. Pearl Insurance markets and acts as administrator for these Life and Health plans, which includes services for policy related questions, claim coordination and online bill payment option for premium.

  • What are the insurance policy requirements for policy cancellation and refund?
    If an insured elects to cancel his/her policy, a written request signed by the owner of the policy is required in order to process the cancellation.

    All policy cancellation and refund requests must also include the following:

    • Name of Insured, as appears on the policy
    • Policy Number found on Insured’s policy
    • Subscriber ID # found on Insurance Premium Statement
    • Effective Date of Policy Cancellation

    Policy Cancellation and Refund

    If a refund is due to the insured for a mid-term policy cancellation, a refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation notice. Refund payments will be issued in the same manner in which the customer submitted payment (i.e. Credit Card, ACH, or check).

  • What transaction currency is accepted?
    Payments are only accepted in U.S. Dollars.
